These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of santafejewels.com and any purchase made from Santa Fe Jewels. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.1 About Us

Santa Fe Jewels is a brand of SANTA FE JEWELS, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at D–11-12, First Floor, Radheshyam Society, Singanpor, Surat, Gujarat, 395004.

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order on our website. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4.3 Product Information, Pricing & Availability

All lab-grown diamonds featured on our website are laboratory-grown diamonds, chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, and are clearly disclosed as such on every product listing, invoice, and certificate, in line with applicable jewellery-trade disclosure norms.
Gold purity is disclosed in karats [9K (37.5%), 14K (58.5%), or 18K(75%)] for every product, and gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as applicable under Indian regulations.
Diamonds above 1.0 carat are accompanied by a third-party gemological certificate (IGI or SGL).
All jewellery is accompanied by a third-party gemological certificate (IGI or SGL).
Prices are determined based on prevailing gold rates, diamond specifications (carat, cut, clarity, colour), and making charges, and are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Because prices are linked to live gold rates, product prices may be updated without prior notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time your order is placed and paid for.
We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and screen display settings. Weight and measurements shown are approximate and may vary within standard trade tolerance.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4.4 Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS from us.
We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and, where offered, EMI or Cash on Delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order for verification purposes in case of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or payment issues, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4.5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Santa Fe Jewels name and logo, product designs, photography, text, and graphics, is the property of Santa Fe Jewels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

4.6 User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4.7 Warranty

All jewellery purchased from us is covered by our standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide and Buyback & Exchange Policy for full warranty terms, including complimentary services and exclusions.

4.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santa Fe Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of use, data, or profits. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

4.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, India. We encourage customers to first reach out to our Client Care team to resolve any concerns amicably.
