We believe your jewellery should grow with you. Every purchase from Santa Fe Jewels is backed by our Lifetime Exchange and Buyback promise, so your investment never has to sit still.
6.1 Lifetime Exchange

Any jewellery purchase (excluding items listed in Section 6.5) is eligible for exchange at any time after the initial 7-day return window, for the lifetime of the product.

The exchange value is based on the current market value of the gold (as per prevailing rates and purity) and the certified value of the lab-grown diamond(s) at the time of exchange, less a nominal exchange/making-charge deduction as communicated at the time of exchange.

You may exchange for any product of equal or higher value across our current collection; if the new piece costs more, you pay only the difference.

The item must be accompanied by the original invoice and diamond certificate (IGI/SGL) at the time of exchange. If unavailable, the piece will be sent for verification/recertification at an independent gemological lab, and any related charges will be communicated to you in advance.

Exchange is available at our studio or via our mail-in exchange process; the item is inspected and appraised before the new order is confirmed.
6.2 Buyback

You may sell your Santa Fe Jewels purchase back to us at any time after 6 months from the date of purchase.

Buyback value is calculated as: current market value of the gold content (based on live rates and hallmark-verified purity) plus the assessed resale value of the certified lab-grown diamond(s), less applicable deductions for wear, alteration, or missing certification.

Buyback payment is processed as store credit (redeemable on any future purchase) or bank transfer, as per your preference, within 7–10 business days of appraisal and agreement on the buyback value.
6.3 Old Gold Exchange (Bring Your Own Gold)

We accept old gold jewellery (any brand, 9K and above) in exchange toward a new Santa Fe Jewels purchase.

Old gold is evaluated for purity using a karat-testing machine in your presence, and valued at the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange; the evaluation excludes the value of any diamonds or gemstones in the old piece, which are returned to you unless you choose to include them in the valuation.

A declaration confirming you are the rightful owner of the gold being exchanged, and consent to its melting, is required before the exchange is processed.

Items purchased through this program follow the Lifetime Exchange policy in Section 6.1, but are not eligible for the standard 7-day return/refund policy.
6.4 How to Initiate an Exchange or Buyback

Our team will inspect and appraise your piece and share a transparent valuation breakdown.

Upon your confirmation, we process the exchange toward a new piece, or issue your buyback payment/store credit.
6.5 Exclusions

Items reported lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reasonable wear are not eligible for exchange or buyback.

Engraved or personalised items are eligible for buyback/exchange at a reduced value, at our discretion, given limited resale ability.

Gift cards, loose certified stones sold independently, and third-party repaired or altered pieces are excluded from this policy.

Each design may be exchanged under the Lifetime Exchange program a maximum of two times to prevent misuse.
6.6 A Note on Value
Because exchange and buyback values are tied to live gold rates and diamond market values on the day of the transaction, the amount realised may be higher or lower than your original purchase price. Our team will always share a transparent, itemised valuation before you commit to an exchange or buyback.
