Refund policy


RETURNS

At Santa Fe Jewels, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
We accept returns only in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, size issues, or change of mind.

  • Minor variations in finish or colour due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

 

REFUNDS


Refunds are issued only for approved returns involving damaged or incorrect items.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, you may opt for an exchange (subject to availability).



EXCHANGES


We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

If your exchange request is approved:

  • A replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received or verified (as advised by our team)

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the original item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A similar item of equal value

  • A store credit

  • A full refund

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size preferences

  • Style changes

  • Change of mind

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this window may not be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
